A note from me

Why This Space Exists

Because this is not really about hostel life. It is about being human in shared spaces.

A hostel is just a smaller, more visible version of life itself. The same emotions exist everywhere — only the setting changes.

Even at 50 or 60, you might recognize these moments again:

  • relationships that form without planning
  • quiet understanding between people
  • small adjustments that keep peace intact
  • unnoticed sacrifices that hold a space together

You may move from hostel rooms to homes, from roommates to family — but the essence hasn’t really changed.

Because whether it is a hostel room or a home, we are all learning how to live with others… and slowly, learning how to live with ourselves.
